Abstract

|
|
Amoxicillin formed blue color when heated with phosphomolybdic acid in adequate condition, and the color showed maximal absorbance at 760nm. Effect of pH, concentration of Phosphomolybdic acid and reacting time were studied. And a new calorimetric method of determination of amoxicillin was developed.
